I have no idea who will be willing to pay $12.99 for my book, but it's the price I had to set to make a decent royalty. I started out with $8.99. The book is 302 pages, so not so bad, but extra costs made me move it up to $9.99.
Now that I've added expanded distribution, the price is even higher. :( All I can hope is people REALLY want to read this book. Sigh.
